Prices on our web shop are stated in euros, and include the Finnish VAT of 24%. The prices are subject to changes. Customers from non-EU countries are excluded from the Finnish VAT, but are responsible for possible import customs and VAT taxes in their own country.

DELIVERY TIMES
The typical delivery time is 3-5 working days for standard orders inside Finland.
It varies when it is an international order, please ask before you make the order.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING FEES
All Finland domestic deliveries are free of charge.
For international orders, please contact us for estimated delivery cost before making the order.

RETURN POLICY
You can return purchased items within 14 days from the date you receive them. All items must be returned complete and unused in their original intact packaging within the time limit. The costs of returning a flawless purchase are paid by the customer.
After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
If you receive an incorrect product, please return to us, and we will refund you the return costs and re-send the correct one to you.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately, we will handle it as a “Warranty” (please see below) issue.

Warranty
All components have two years warranty from the purchasing date. Please keep the original purchase receipt for warranty purpose.
When an individual component becomes dysfunctional, please send it back to us for checking and/or repairing by our specialist. If it can not be repaired, we will replace the dysfunctional part with a new one. The costs of returning part(s) are paid by the customer firstly. After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund for the post costs by following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
